January 6, 2006 the login, creation, recover, and similar were updated. The reason for this was because PU2 had limited login abailities. One of the limitations was the number of characters playable at one time and number that could be owned. You also could only have one account per e-mail address, now you can have infinite on a single e-mail address. There were also issues for e-mail and registering. These should all be resolved. Upgrading is free and changes nothing in PU2. As you can see the new version is Illuminination, once the RRS is finished you can start reading news about Illuminination.
